How do I know the right size for my baby?

You can consult the Size Guide, available on each product page.
The measurements provided are indicative and based on age, weight, and height, helping you choose the most suitable size for your baby.

How should I care for the pieces?

To ensure your NOOK KIDS® garments stay beautiful and comfortable for longer, follow these recommendations:

  • Wash on delicate cycle up to 30ºC.
  • Gentle spin
  • Using mild and environmentally friendly detergents
  • Avoid bleach or fabric softeners.
  • Air dry; do not tumble dry.
  • Iron on low heat, if necessary.

Tip: Always follow the instructions on each garment's label and consult the "Details & Care" section on the product page for specific information.

Do the pieces shrink?

Garments made from organic cotton knitwear may shrink slightly (up to 5%) in the first few washes.
This is natural in organic fibers and does not compromise the comfort or durability of the garment.

Can I use a dryer?

We do not recommend it. The dryer can reduce the durability of natural fibers and alter the characteristic soft feel of organic cotton.

LITTLE BOXES

Can I choose the colors of each item inside the Little Box?

Yes. You can choose between Off-White or Gray, but all pieces in the same box will be sent in the same color to maintain a harmonious and elegant set.

Can I choose different sizes for each piece in the Little Box?

Yes. You can select the size of each piece individually, ensuring that they all fit comfortably and perfectly on your baby.

Can I choose which toy is included in the Little Box?

No. Each Little Box includes a specific doll selected by NOOK KIDS®, in harmony with the theme and colors of the set.

ORDERS

How can I place an order?

Simply choose the products you want, select the size and color, add them to your cart, and complete your purchase using our secure checkout.

Do I need to create an account to buy?

No. You can complete the order as a guest.
Creating an account is optional, but it allows you to view past orders, save your information, and make future purchases faster.

How do I know if my order was completed successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email once the order is finalized and the payment is validated.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been confirmed?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible via email at support@nookkids.pt.
Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to change or cancel it.

What if I type the wrong address?

Contact us immediately via email at support@nookkids.pt.
If the order has not yet been processed, we will try to correct the address before shipping.
Once submitted, the address cannot be changed.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do they accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, MB WAY, and other local payment methods available at checkout through our partner Ifthenpay.

Are the payments secure?

Yes. All payments at NOOK KIDS® are 100% secure.
We only work with certified platforms that use encrypted connections (SSL) to protect your data and ensure secure transactions.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. All orders include an electronic invoice, sent by email after payment confirmation.
We do not send paper invoices with the order, in line with our commitment to sustainability.

How can I use discount codes?

Enter the discount code in the corresponding field during checkout.
Only one code can be used per order.
It's not possible to apply codes after the purchase is complete.

SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Delivery time depends on the destination. The exact estimate will be displayed at checkout.

Average delivery times:

  • Mainland Portugal: 2 to 3 business days
  • Islands (Madeira and Azores): 3 to 5 business days
  • Spain: 4 to 6 business days
  • Central Europe: 5 to 7 business days
  • Northern Europe: 7 to 10 business days
Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as the shipment is made, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow the status of your order in real time.

What if the order is delayed?

We make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, but occasional delays may occur due to external factors (carrier, weather conditions, peak periods). NOOK KIDS® is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, but we are always available to help resolve the situation.

What if the order doesn't arrive?

If the tracking indicates that the order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@nookkids.co.uk. We will check with the carrier and follow up until the issue is resolved.

To which countries do you ship?

Currently, we ship to:

  • Mainland Portugal and Islands (Madeira and Azores)
  • Spain
  • Central Europe: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Luxembourg
  • Northern Europe: Ireland, Sweden
What is the cost of shipping?

Free Shipping:

  • Mainland Portugal: free shipping on orders over €80
  • Other European destinations: free shipping on orders over €150

    For other amounts, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. The final amount is shown before completing your purchase.

RETURNS

Can I return an item?

Yes. We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving your order.
Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, with tags and in original packaging.

We do not accept returns of:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
How do I return a product?

Contact us at support@nookkids.pt with your order number.
We will provide you with all necessary instructions, including the return address.

Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?

Yes, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.
As we are a small brand, we are not yet able to offer free returns - thank you for your understanding.

Will I receive a refund via the same payment method?

EXCHANGES

Can I exchange it for a different size?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
You must return the item following the return process and make a new purchase in the desired size.

IMPORTANT NOTES
  • Little Boxes can only be returned in their entirety, with all items included and in the original packaging.
    The packaging must be returned in the same good condition as received.
  • We recommend that you use a registered shipping method to ensure your return is delivered.

All NOOK KIDS® items are produced locally in Portugal, in partnership with certified textile factories, ensuring high standards of quality, ethics, and sustainability.

What materials are the pieces made of?

Our garments are made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, guaranteeing softness, safety, and comfort for the baby – and respect for the planet.

Are the booties handmade?

Yes. Our booties are handcrafted, one by one, with attention to every detail.
Each pair is unique and made with love, reflecting the care and value of handcrafted work.
