REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
1. Right of Return
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request the return of an item without the need to provide a reason.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received:

unused
-
unwashed
-
with the original tags attached
-
in the original packaging in good condition
Proof of purchase will also be required.
3. Return Process
To start a return, you must contact us by email at: support@nookkids.pt. After confirmation, the item must be sent to the following address:

Items sent without prior request may not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs
Except in cases of defect or shipping error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the return results from a product defect or an error on our part, NOOK KIDS® will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Exceptions and Personalized Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

personalized or made-to-order items
-
gift cards
Little Boxes must be returned in full, with all included items and in the original packaging.
6. Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@nookkids.pt so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the item received and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the customer of the refund approval.
If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 to 14 business days.
The actual timing may vary depending on the processing time of the banking institution.
